Customer Service:

Fast-paced and professional call center is seeking qualified, hard-working candidates for full-time Customer Service Representative positions. Hours are Monday–Friday first and second shifts.

Job duties include handling inbound and outbound calls, updating accounts, troubleshooting and assisting customers with any issues.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, feel comfortable taking and making calls, accurate entry skills, ability to troubleshoot, take direction, be reliable, dependable and have a positive working attitude.

French and/or Spanish speaking is a plus.

Candidates will provide customer service to callers about their insurance questions on financed and/or leased vehicles.

At least 1 year of demonstrated customer service experience is required. We will train on all aspects of our computer system and products.
